Benjamin Wood is a 35 year old talented up and coming actor, stunt man and established name in the world of professional wrestling. Under the stage name of Ben Outlaw, Benjamin Wood has appeared on national and syndicated television programs on the CW network and various other cable networks in association with wrestling promotions such as OVW/WWE, the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) and SAW over a time period of six years.

Born and raised in suburban Chicago, IL, Kaylee Williams was first introduced to the world of acting in high school when a friend suggested she try out for the school play. She moved from theater to the world of film when she auditioned for her first independent film, landed the lead role, and was hooked. She has been acting ever since. Having earned a brown belt in karate by the age of 12, Kaylee has always been interested in martial arts. Given the opportunity to do her own stunts in her films, stunt work quickly became an avid interest as well. Kaylee currently works with a professional stunt group in Chicago, specializing in combat.

Kaylee has worked with a number of photographers and indie filmmakers in the Chicagoland area. She has appeared in over 30 films in the past five years and has worked with more than 20 photographers in the past three years.You can find Kaylee’s many talents featured in a variety of independent productions such as Banana Leaves, Slices of Life, and the comedic web series Assisted Living. It was recently announced by writer and director K.M. Jamison that Kaylee Williams will be taking part of yet another role in his production of The Dead Light District, a true crime thriller that is planned to begin principal photography in June of 2010. Kaylee will also be take part in the new Master’s Devils comic book by Legion Studios, reprising her role as Sadie Van Houten from the film. As of last week, The Dead Light District has officially been entered into the Internet Movie Database, otherwise known around the world as IMDB. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the site, IMDB is an online database of information related to movies, actors, television shows, production crew personnel, video games and other forms of visual media. IMDB was launched on October 17th, 1990 and in 1998 was acquired by Amazon.com. Click the link provided below to view our official listing on the site. Brittany found her passion for acting while playing the part of Daddy Warbuck’s Servant in the play ‘Annie’. She felt that connection with the audience and knew this was something she needed to pursue. Brittany’s next part was Gladys’ Cigarette Girl in “Copacabana” where she filled the performing arts center with laughs and applause. It was here where she experienced the true collaborative nature of the art and decided this was her intended path. Her need to create powerful connections lead her equestrian pursuits as well. In 2008 she was an integral part of an equestrian team that advanced to the Michigan state finals, and she became a top ten rider in the state, permanently establishing her equestrian connection as a central theme in her life.

Ms. Devon has been evolving her acting craft for the past few years and has acquired representation in Chicago to facilitate her on camera opportunities. She is currently reading for principal speaking parts for both Television and Film and brings a wonderful youthful exuberance to that effort. Recently, Brittany was contacted by K.M. Jamison and All Night Pictures in regards to her participation as the role of Sorina in the upcoming true crime thriller titled The Dead Light District, a film that will is scheduled to begin principal photography in June of 2010. Tim Krueger has called the Rogers Park neighborhood in Chicago his home for fourteen years. When he isn’t acting on a movie set, television commercial or stage, you might find him teaching windsurfing lessons at the Northwestern University Sailing center. If you can find a copy of “And the Pursuit of Happiness” (2004) by Firescape Films, you’ll see Krueger portraying lead Adam Fastert in the part of unorthodox congressman. 2005 Sundance attendees got to see him Tim play the dad in “Divorce Lemonade”, a well-reviewed short film by Justin Hayward. Also in 2005, NY International Film Festival patrons saw Krueger play Tom, the boss in “Caged”, an edgy urban genre feature film by Elliot Porter’s N2filmN crew.

Krueger was also the lead villain in the award winning short film “The Institution” in 2006, where he portrayed both Professor Camden and Parson Green, the psychotic killer. The 2008 Chicago International Film Festival Favorite, “They Can Sleep” featured Tim as the pistol-whipping intruder and lead character. He even found time to earn his first SAG waiver while working on The Devil Wears Prada in NY. Now running his own talent agency out of Chicago filled with a large number of up and coming actors and actresses; Tim was recently hired by K.M. This coming Wednesday, March 17th, the writer and director of SERIAL: Amoral Uprising and The Dead Light District will appear live on Shriek Speak Radio to discuss all things regarding the upcoming true crime thriller as well as a number of topics regarding the DVD release of SERIAL: Amoral Uprising. Jamison has confirmed that he has arranged a few of his own guests to call into the show so listeners can get a first hand preview of some of the actors and actresses that will be featured in The Dead Light District. Bruce Spielbauer was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and grew up in Dallas, Texas. He now spends his free time in the Chicago area. Bruce has been acting since he was 14, and he performed exclusively on stage for 20 years, including seven seasons as a full-time company member of a professional dinner theatre. He credits this “on the job training” as being the very best that there is. More recently, he has switched to film and television, and his extensive credits include leading roles and supporting roles in several low-budget independent feature films including Body in A Dumpster, Dust, Bled White and The Vision (2008).

In his spare time, Bruce often works as an extra or a stand-in, and he can be seen briefly in The Dark Knight. Other extra roles in major studio films have included appearances in The Fugitive with Harrison Ford, Just Visiting, Mo’ Money, Rapid Fire, Folks!, The Babe and U.S. Marshals with Tommy Lee Jones. The Dead Light District Featured On Shriek Speak Radio

Shriek Speak Radio is a Chicago based podcast that focuses mainly on coverage of horror films, upcoming independent projects around the Chicago area as well as a number of film festivals and conventions ran by the host Jason Davis including the well known Chicago Horror Film Festival. I received an email from Jason a few days ago mentioning that he had received word of The Dead Light District and had plans to help get some possible exposure going for the film, starting with a mention of the project on an upcoming episode of Shriek Speak Radio.

So thanks to Jason Davis and his co-host Zombie Hunter Sullivan, we were able to get a mention of the film near the end of the show which resulted as a very informative and entertaining piece. John Borowski is an award winning filmmaker whose recent films have focused on real life serial killers H.H. Holmes and Albert Fish. Borowski is currently in production on his third film based on the life and crimes of serial killer Carl Panzram titled Panzram. A native of Chicago, Borowski studied filmmaking at Columbia College Chicago, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in film. Inspired by Alfred Hitchcock, he writes, produces, directs, and edits his own films. Borowski’s debut as filmmaker began with the release of H. H. Holmes: America’s First Serial Killer (2004), documenting, for the first time on film, the life and criminal career of H.H. Holmes. The film is represented and distributed by such companies as Dream Entertainment, Bleiberg Entertainment, Facets Video, and Hiltz Squared Media Group. The film debuted on broadcast television in 2006, with Borowski as Television Broadcast Producer when Court TV Canada premiered the film as a 60-minute feature show. Reviews and features of Borowski’s work are covered in a variety of media, including: Variety, LA Weekly, CBS News, Ain’t It Cool News, Chicago Sun-Times, Rue Morgue Magazine, and Crime Library.

At Chicago’s Midwest Independent Film Festival, Borowski won the Best Director award and at Screamfest LA, he walked away with the award for Best Horror Documentary.
